Brij is the Deployment Lead at Launch Alaska, where he applies his extensive project management skills to all of the organization’s innovation projects. He is passionate about building real things, leveraging game-changing technologies, and addressing equity and inclusivity.

He teams up with the Chief Innovation Officer, Vertical Leads, and industry partners to deploy $1 billion in steel-in-the-ground, climate tech projects in Alaska by 2030.

Brij has a Master of Science from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and over two decades of experience in oil & gas overseeing complex projects, optimizing processes, and innovating solutions. He’s excited to see how his own career transition can spur on a similar change in Alaska’s energy sector.

In his past life, Brij enjoyed tackling unreasonable challenges in the outdoors including organizing a popular Alaska adventure race, participating in the Iditarod Trail race sans dogs, and climbing Denali. Now he enjoys well-rounded Class-A fun adventures with his lovely wife, son, and daughter.
