Eve Downing is Accelerator Associate at Launch Alaska. Eve grew up in Sterling, Alaska and has been in the environmental advocacy space since 2017, working with the Alaska Conservation Foundation, World Wildlife Fund, and the Alaska Center. Eve is in her final year of obtaining degrees in Environmental Policy & Culture and International Studies at Northwestern University, graduating in June 2024. Eve is committed to decarbonization throughout Alaska and the Arctic at large. She is a 2023 Udall Scholar and served as an Arctic Youth Ambassador from 2020-21. She is currently serving on the board of Cook Inlet Keeper and the Arctic Youth Network and as a youth advisor to Ørsted.
